One illustration leads to another

Sometimes 1 illustration can be used in many different ways and from an appreciated illustrated gift come ideas and new collaborations like mine with “Bar da Sandro” in San Remo.

In this case, after the gift illustration “It’s the pasta that asks me,” I was asked to continue to represent the Owner and include him in an ironic vademecum to prepare clients for the rules of the bar… liked it very much and hence the idea of making it first placemat then menu, together with the previous illustration, and then the T-shirts with different boss’s typicall phrases were born.

Illustrations of actions that help you live better

In this collection, I included some illustrations created for Club Salute calendars repurposed in a square format. I chose to use digital technique and enjoyed having the character move between a few elements in order to focus attention on the actions and concepts on which the drawings are based.

For these illustrations, I was asked to visualize the movements and tools needed to explain basic pilates exercises so that they could be compiled into ready-to-use cards. I was asked to work with traditional technique and then integrate the writings digitally.

“Health comes from eating“

For this project, I was asked to find and illustrate 12 healthy and seasonal recipes from the Italian tradition. I therefore proposed using watercolour on paper to recreate a Vintage style reminiscent of old illustrated cookbooks with a modern touch in the graphic layout.
