In this section I collect some of a series of ecology-themed digital illustrations that have been commissioned from me over the years for the Health Club Calendar to raise awareness and remind us that the health of the environment depends on us and our daily choices.

Choose a varied diet and diversify protein intake…intensive farms produce pollution, animal suffering and
low quality products
Save energy
starting from small daily gestures
Use less plastic and avoid
disposable products
Reduce your detergents and choose environmentally friendly solutions
Be careful to recycle your garbage properly
Choose seasonal and local products, they taste better and
you help the micro economy
Choose eco-friendly clothes, avoiding the exploitation of animals, workers and natural resources
Water is a valuable asset don’t waste it, don’t let it flow
